    1. Flowers, Gift Baskets and Special Gifts

    Floresnaweb offers customers a wide range of products, from bouquets of roses and mixed flowers, floral arrangements, orchids and other plants, to wreaths and arrangements for funerals which can be delivered on the same day in all cities of Brazil *. We also deliver Breakfast Baskets, Cheese and Wine Baskets and various other gift baskets that are assembled by our local partners guaranteeing the quality and freshness of the products. Baskets with nonperishable gourmet products and a variety of unique gifts are delivered by courier service, Sedex.

    All our products are developed according to current trends and follow strict quality standards. Your gift will be delivered in an exclusive package with a card containing your message.

  • ABOUT DELIVERY

    1. Flowers & Gift Baskets by local partners

    Delivery Fee & Times

    Any - 08h00 to 19h00 = USD9.90

    AM - 08h00 to 13h00 = USD14.90

    PM - 13h00 to 19h00 = USD14.90

    Specific time of the day = USD31.90

    *Deliveries of bouquets, flower arrangements and plants begin at 9:30 AM

    Specific times: We have a margin of 30 minutes more or less to complete deliveries within the requested time. The request must be made at least 24 hours in advance from Monday to Saturday. If your order is not delivered on time, the additional fee will be returned.

    Special Dates (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Father's Day): On special dates we cannot promise specific delivery times and delivery fees will change. Please choose the product you want and check the available delivery options.

    Breakfast baskets: These will be delivered between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 am at no additional delivery cost. Please select the option 7 a.m. to 19:00 if you want your basket to be delivered between 07h00 to 10h00. Orders for breakfast baskets should arrive by 15 h the day before the delivery date (Monday to Friday).

    Recipient Away (delivery by local partners)

    It is not part of Floresnaweb’s policy to phone recipients before delivering gifts of any kind. This will only occur if the customer specifically requests it. Therefore, if the recipient is absent, a redelivery fee of USD9.90 will be charged. This amount can be paid by credit card or PayPal before redelivery. Floresnaweb will contact you when this occurs.

    2. Gift Baskets & Other Gifts by courier

    Floresnaweb offers a wide variety of baskets and gifts that are beautifully wrapped in exclusive packaging, and are delivered by courier. Floresnaweb’s preferred delivery partner is Sedex, which is the fastest and safest way to deliver by local courier (Sedex belongs to the Brazilian postal service). If Sedex informs us that delivery will take 4 business days or more, Floresnaweb will not use this shipping method. You must then choose one of the baskets that are available for same day delivery through a local partner.

    Floresnaweb is not responsible for delays due to strikes at the Post Office or logistical difficulties due to bad weather, accidents, traffic, among others. When situations like these occur, you will be informed.

    Shipping & Delivery Times (Sedex/Courier)

    Fees are calculated based on the Sedex courier post office fees. During the purchasing process the amount will be shown in your shopping cart. Sedex courier deliveries take place during business hours, from 09:00 to 18:00.

    Recipient Away (Sedex/Courier)

    In case the recipient is absent, the post office will try to deliver 2 more times. After this, the recipient is notified and must retrieve the package at the local Post Office. If this is not done, the product is shipped back to the senders address, in this case Floresnaweb’s office. If you wish to send the product by courier back to the recipient once more, this will result in a new courier charge based on Sedex’s courier fees. This amount can be paid by credit card or Paypal before re-delivery. You will be contacted if this occurs.
